Vintage 70s floral mod neck ties dress. Silky polyester purple background with pink and white floral pattern. Pinkish purple pearlized front button closures. One tiered ruffled bottom. Has belt loops but does not come with a belt. Can be worn with a belt or you can cut off the loops.
